Course Introduction
Government institutions increasingly depend on interconnected information systems to deliver faster, more coordinated, and citizen-centered public services. Yet fragmented databases, incompatible applications, inconsistent data standards, legacy technologies, and institutional silos can prevent agencies from sharing information effectively.
