Course Introduction
Government automation and administrative process digitization are transforming how public institutions manage routine operations, process information, deliver services, and coordinate administrative work. Effective digitization can reduce paperwork, eliminate repetitive activities, accelerate processing, improve accuracy, strengthen visibility, and allow public employees to focus on higher-value responsibilities.
