Introduction

Gender-responsive leadership is essential for creating equitable, inclusive, and high-performing institutions. The Gender-Responsive Leadership and Institutional Change Training Course equips participants with the knowledge, skills, and strategies to drive gender equity and organizational transformation effectively.

The course explores leadership models, frameworks, and approaches that integrate gender perspectives into decision-making, policy development, and organizational culture. Participants will learn how to influence institutional change while fostering inclusive practices at all levels.
