Course Introduction

Gender equity and institutional integrity are increasingly recognized as foundational pillars of ethical, transparent, and high-performing organizations. This course on Gender Equity in Corporate Ethics and Institutional Integrity provides participants with a comprehensive understanding of how gender-responsive governance frameworks strengthen accountability, reduce corruption risks, and improve organizational trust and legitimacy.

In many corporate and institutional environments, ethical breaches, unequal opportunities, and discriminatory practices are often interconnected. Gender inequality not only undermines fairness but also weakens governance systems by limiting diverse perspectives in decision-making. This course explores how embedding gender equity into ethics frameworks enhances institutional resilience and improves overall performance.
