Course Introduction
Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GESI) are central principles in promoting equitable development, inclusive governance, and sustainable institutional performance. Development programs that integrate GESI approaches ensure that marginalized populations, including women, youth, persons with disabilities, minority groups, and vulnerable communities, are able to participate meaningfully in social, economic, and political processes. This training course equips participants with practical skills to implement GESI policies effectively, strengthen inclusion frameworks, and enhance institutional capacity to deliver equitable development outcomes.
GESI policy implementation ensures that development interventions address structural inequalities and social barriers that limit equal access to resources, opportunities, and decision-making processes. Participants will gain insights into how inclusive policies enhance institutional accountability, strengthen program effectiveness, and promote participation of diverse population groups. The course emphasizes structured approaches that integrate gender equality and social inclusion considerations into planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of programs.

The training also examines emerging issues such as intersectionality, disability inclusion, youth empowerment, digital inclusion, climate justice, and inclusive economic development. Participants will learn how to integrate GESI indicators into monitoring systems that track progress toward equity outcomes. The course introduces practical tools that improve GESI data collection, analysis, reporting, and evaluation processes that support evidence-based decision-making.

Training Venue
The training will be held at our Upskill Training Centre. We also offer training for a group (at a discount of 10% to 50%) at requested location all over the world.
