Course Introduction
Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and internal controls are essential components of strong, resilient, and accountable NGO operations. In an increasingly complex and uncertain development environment, NGOs face financial, operational, reputational, compliance, and strategic risks that can significantly impact their effectiveness. This course equips participants with advanced skills to identify, assess, manage, and mitigate risks while strengthening internal control systems across all organizational levels.
