Course Introduction
Employee grievance handling is a fundamental component of effective workplace governance, ensuring that employee concerns, complaints, and disputes are addressed in a structured, fair, and legally compliant manner. Poor grievance management often leads to conflict escalation, litigation risks, and reduced organizational trust.
This course provides a comprehensive understanding of grievance handling systems, legal documentation requirements, and structured complaint resolution frameworks applicable across public and private sector organizations.
Participants will explore how to receive, record, investigate, and resolve employee grievances while maintaining procedural fairness, confidentiality, and compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
A strong focus is placed on legal documentation practices, including accurate record-keeping, evidence management, and preparation of grievance case files that can withstand internal or external review processes.
