Introduction
Digital mental health and tele-psychology have emerged as essential tools for expanding access to mental health care worldwide. This training course provides participants with advanced knowledge and practical skills to implement, manage, and evaluate digital mental health interventions safely and effectively.
The course explores the integration of technology into psychological care, including teletherapy, mobile applications, online counseling, and virtual mental health platforms. Participants will understand how digital tools can enhance reach, engagement, and adherence while maintaining high ethical and clinical standards.
Participants will gain practical competencies in digital assessment, intervention design, and remote monitoring of mental health outcomes. Emphasis is placed on evidence-based approaches, privacy, data security, and culturally sensitive practices for diverse populations.
