Course Introduction
Cybersecurity Public Communication Strategy Training Course provides a structured framework for communicating cybersecurity risks, incidents, controls, investments, and public-interest priorities to citizens, customers, employees, regulators, partners, media, and other stakeholders. The course focuses on building clear, credible, timely, and audience-centred communication strategies that strengthen confidence while supporting responsible cybersecurity awareness and behaviour.
Cybersecurity is increasingly connected to public trust, organizational reputation, service continuity, economic resilience, and national or institutional confidence. Organizations must communicate complex issues such as cyber threats, data protection, ransomware, digital fraud, system vulnerabilities, and security disruptions without creating unnecessary alarm or exposing sensitive information. Effective cybersecurity communication requires more than technical expertise.
