Course Introduction

Cross-border crises continue to pose major threats to regional peace, security, humanitarian stability, and socio-economic development across many parts of the world. Armed conflicts, terrorism, pandemics, climate-related disasters, forced displacement, organized crime, and political instability increasingly transcend national borders, requiring coordinated regional approaches and integrated response systems.
