Course Introduction

Crisis Communication for Utilities and Essential Services Training Course equips communication, corporate affairs, operations, customer service, emergency management, regulatory, and leadership professionals with practical capabilities for managing communication when essential services are disrupted, degraded, contaminated, unavailable, or subject to significant operational risk.
