Course Introduction

Critical infrastructure operators face crisis environments where operational disruption, public safety concerns, regulatory scrutiny, media attention, stakeholder anxiety, and reputational consequences can develop simultaneously. A communication failure during an infrastructure incident can intensify uncertainty, undermine confidence, delay recovery, and create additional pressure on already stretched operational teams.
