Course Introduction

The Conversational AI and Chatbot Communication Design Training Course equips communication, customer experience, digital, marketing, public affairs, content, and service professionals with practical skills for designing clear, useful, engaging, and responsible chatbot and conversational AI experiences. The course focuses on the communication principles behind effective human-AI interactions, helping participants understand how users ask questions, express needs, navigate conversations, and respond to automated assistance across websites, messaging platforms, mobile applications, voice interfaces, and emerging AI environments.

Conversational interfaces have changed how audiences access information, services, support, and organizational resources.
