Course Introduction

Community development in today’s complex and interconnected world requires strong collaboration among multiple stakeholders. This course provides advanced knowledge and practical skills for designing, managing, and sustaining multi-stakeholder partnerships that drive inclusive and impactful community development outcomes. It equips participants to work effectively across sectors, disciplines, and institutions.

The program explores the principles and dynamics of partnership building among governments, NGOs, private sector actors, civil society organizations, and community groups. Participants will learn how to align diverse interests, manage competing priorities, and build shared goals that enhance development effectiveness and sustainability at community level.

A key focus of the course is stakeholder analysis and engagement. The training will be held at our Upskill Training Centre. We also offer training for a group (at a discount of 10% to 50%) at requested location all over the world.
