Course Introduction

Community-Based Environmental Stewardship is a practical and impact-oriented course designed to empower communities to actively protect, restore, and sustainably manage their natural environment. It focuses on building local ownership of environmental resources through participatory and inclusive approaches.

The course explores key environmental challenges such as deforestation, pollution, climate change, biodiversity loss, and unsustainable resource use. Participants will learn how these issues directly affect community livelihoods, health, and long-term development sustainability.

A strong emphasis is placed on community participation in environmental conservation efforts. The course demonstrates how local knowledge, traditions, and collective action can be integrated into modern environmental management systems for more effective outcomes.

Training Approach

Training Venue 

The training will be held at our Upskill Training Centre. We also offer training for a group (at a discount of 10% to 50%) at requested location all over the world. The Onsite course fee covers the course tuition, training materials, two break refreshments, buffet lunch, airport transfers, Upskill gift package, and guided tour.
