Course Introduction
The global food system faces increasing pressures from climate change, requiring innovative approaches to maintain productivity, resilience, and sustainability. This course equips participants with the knowledge and skills to analyze, design, and implement food system innovations that address climate risks effectively.
Participants will explore the intersection of climate science, agriculture, and innovation management. Emphasis is placed on understanding how technological, institutional, and policy innovations can transform food systems for resilience, efficiency, and inclusivity.
This course provides a strong foundation in innovation frameworks, including value chain analysis, adaptive technologies, and policy instruments. Learners will develop skills to identify gaps and opportunities for climate-smart solutions within local, national, and global contexts.
The curriculum combines research, case studies, and practical exercises to enhance problem-solving skills in complex food systems. Participants will engage with real-world challenges such as climate shocks, market disruptions, and resource scarcity.
Emerging tools like predictive analytics, GIS mapping, and digital platforms are integrated into the learning process. Participants will gain hands-on experience in applying innovation tools to support decision-making and policy design in climate-sensitive food systems.

Training Venue
The training will be held at our Upskill Training Centre. We also offer training for a group (at a discount of 10% to 50%) at requested location all over the world.
