Course Introduction
Citizen feedback provides public institutions with a valuable source of evidence about how people experience government services, policies, programmes, communication, and administrative processes. However, feedback becomes strategically useful only when institutions can systematically collect, organize, analyze, interpret, and act on it. Effective feedback analytics helps government leaders move beyond isolated complaints and anecdotal opinions toward evidence-based understanding of recurring issues and citizen needs.
Citizen Feedback Analytics for Public Institutions Training Course equips public sector professionals with practical approaches for turning citizen feedback into actionable intelligence.
