Course Introduction
Child protection and safeguarding have become fundamental priorities in humanitarian, development, education, and social service programmes worldwide. This course provides participants with comprehensive knowledge and practical skills to design, implement, and manage child protection and safeguarding programmes effectively across diverse operational contexts.
Children in vulnerable situations are exposed to multiple risks including abuse, neglect, exploitation, violence, trafficking, and harmful cultural practices. These risks are often exacerbated in conflict-affected areas, displacement settings, and fragile communities.
