Course Introduction

Artificial intelligence is creating new procurement opportunities for governments while simultaneously introducing complex challenges around technology selection, data protection, cybersecurity, vendor accountability, transparency, interoperability, and long-term sustainability. The AI Procurement and Vendor Management for Government Training Course equips public sector professionals with practical knowledge and tools for procuring AI solutions responsibly, competitively, securely, and in alignment with public sector objectives.

AI procurement differs from conventional technology procurement because many AI systems can change over time through model updates, new training data, configuration changes, integrations, and evolving capabilities.
