Course Introduction

The Advanced Smart Government Services and Digital Administration Training Course provides an advanced framework for designing, implementing, operating, and continuously improving intelligent government services and digitally enabled public administration. It equips government executives, senior administrators, digital-transformation leaders, ICT professionals, service managers, innovation specialists, and institutional-reform practitioners with the capabilities required to build responsive, integrated, data-driven, user-centred, and technology-enabled government services.
