Course Introduction
The Advanced Smart Government and Public Service Innovation Training Course provides a comprehensive framework for transforming traditional public administration into intelligent, agile, citizen-centered, and innovation-driven government. It examines how governments can use emerging technologies, data, design thinking, institutional innovation, and collaborative approaches to improve public services and create greater public value.
