Course Introduction

The Advanced Public Management Decision-Making and Problem-Solving Training Course is an intensive professional development programme designed to strengthen the analytical, strategic, managerial, and practical capabilities of public-sector officials responsible for making complex decisions and resolving institutional challenges.
