Course Introduction

Government resilience requires more than policies, contingency plans, and emergency procedures; it requires measurable capabilities that can be assessed, monitored, strengthened, and demonstrated over time. Institutions need to understand whether they can sustain essential services, absorb disruption, adapt operations, coordinate effectively, and recover from severe shocks. The Advanced Government Resilience Metrics and Capability Assessment Training Course provides senior public-sector professionals with sophisticated frameworks for measuring resilience, assessing institutional capabilities, identifying gaps, and converting assessment findings into practical improvement priorities.
