Course Introduction

Government institutions routinely confront complex problems involving policy gaps, service failures, resource constraints, institutional fragmentation, changing citizen expectations, technological disruption, and competing public priorities. Effective problem-solving requires more than identifying visible symptoms or implementing familiar responses. The Advanced Government Problem-Solving and Solution Design Training Course equips public-sector professionals with structured, evidence-based methods for defining problems accurately, identifying root causes, developing practical solutions, testing assumptions, and delivering sustainable improvements.

The programme provides an advanced framework for moving from problem identification to solution implementation.
