Course Introduction

Gender equity and institutional capacity are foundational pillars for achieving sustainable development, inclusive governance, and effective service delivery. This program is designed to equip professionals with advanced knowledge and practical tools to strengthen gender-responsive institutions across sectors.

The course explores how institutional structures, policies, and systems can either reinforce or dismantle gender inequalities, and how strategic reforms can create inclusive environments that promote equal opportunity and participation.
