Course Introduction
Gender equity and institutional accountability have become central pillars in the pursuit of sustainable development, democratic governance, and inclusive economic growth. This advanced program is designed to equip leaders, policymakers, and development practitioners with the analytical and practical tools required to embed gender-responsive accountability systems within institutions across public, private, and civil society sectors.
Despite significant global progress in gender equality advocacy, systemic gaps continue to persist in institutional structures, decision-making processes, and resource allocation systems. This course critically examines how institutional biases, governance weaknesses, and policy inconsistencies undermine gender equity outcomes and provides evidence-based strategies for addressing these structural barriers.
Participants will explore how accountability systems can be redesigned to ensure transparency, fairness, and responsiveness to gender-specific needs and priorities. The program emphasizes the importance of integrating gender-disaggregated data, monitoring frameworks, and evaluation tools into institutional performance systems to strengthen equity outcomes.

The training will be held at our Upskill Training Centre. We also offer training for a group (at a discount of 10% to 50%) at requested location all over the world.
