Course Introduction

Digital identity has become a foundational capability for modern government, enabling citizens, businesses, public employees, and authorized organizations to securely access digital services and conduct trusted transactions. As governments expand online service delivery, identity systems must connect effectively with multiple agencies, registries, payment platforms, authentication services, and digital channels. The Advanced Digital Identity and Government Service Integration Training Course equips public-sector professionals with the strategic, technical, governance, and operational capabilities required to build trusted identity ecosystems and integrate them effectively across government services.
